PrintPhysical Zen Relocates
After years of successful training and coaching in the New York area, Rori Montali has relocated her business, Physical Zen, to new locations in Del Mar and Encinitas. An Ironman triathlete, trainer and Reiki healer, Montali encourages clients to focus on engaging the entire system, rather than just the physical body. She conducts Physical Zen sessions at 9 a.m. each Saturday on Moonlight Beach, in Encinitas.
Montali explains, “I created Physical Zen as a program to empower individuals to take control over their lives. It is a mind-body experience for people of all ages and abilities. It is all about having fun and being present.”
