Free Aging in Place Workshop

Tina Buchanan, founder of Visionary Care Consultants in San Diego, is excited to announce an Aging in Place workshop being held May 4, from 9 a.m. to noon in Encinitas. All are invited to this free educational event with local aging experts including Aging Life Care Managers, Home Care Associates, Senior Home Organizers, Financial planners and Silverado Memory Care Experts.
“Learn how to empower your aging loved one to age in place,” says Buchanan. “You’ll get to ask local aging experts questions about resources and find out about cognitive enrichment programs, downsizing, programs that help seniors pay for home care, and find out what it’s like to have dementia in a Virtual Dementia tour sponsored by Silverado.”

Visit AgingInPlaceWorkshop.eventbrite.com for tickets or RSVP directly to Tina Buchanan at 619-228-3584 or VisionaryCare.SD@gmail.com. Location: Silverado Encinitas, 335 Saxony Rd., Encinitas. For more information, visit VisionaryCareSD.com.
