One Minute Cannabist

Robbin and Terry Lynn, founders of One Minute Cannabist, in Oceanside, realize that many people are exploring the use of cannabis, but are often unsure where to start or how to get the best results. That’s why their center offers workshops on various cannabis topics throughout the month. “Our workshops offer an opportunity to explore healthy choices and best practices when consuming cannabis products,” says Robbin.

The One Minute Cannabist is a new concept in cannabis education, offering adults who wish to use this giving plant, guidance for achieving safe and effective results. “We're bridging the gap between the consumer and the cannabis dispensary, helping people to navigate all the ways to use cannabis products, how to select, how to properly use and store,” adds Terry.

Workshop topics include Cannabis for Pets, which covers the use of cannabis for our furry friends; Senior Safety and Cannabis, a nurse-led workshop which focuses on concerns and questions specific to those over 60; and All About CBD, which explores why cannabidiol (CBD) is so effective, understanding important aspects of how it is grown and derived, and best practices for maximizing results.

“Have a product you bought that’s not working? Did you have a bad experience? Are you new to the world of cannabis use? Visit us during our “Cannabis Navigator” hours and we’ll help you navigate product selection and provide instruction on proper use to maximize your results,” says Robbin, who affirms their chief goal is to be a trusted community resource helping others make wise decisions about their existing cannabis use or how to implement this healing plant into their lives.
