Whether you are into the yoga culture or not...like many, you might predict that yoga is here to stay.
First of all, it’s a practice from India and has been around for over 5,000 years. With its gain in popularity over the years, yoga has been demystiﬁed; it’s not a religion. The numerous benefits gained from practicing yoga have been scientifically proven to contribute to one’s overall health and well-being. Yoga is so effective at improving health that more and more students are coming to yoga as a prescription from their doctor. Yoga provides both core strength and flexibility to the muscles and joints. It is also helpful for bone health as the muscles closest to the bone work and increase the blood ﬂow.
Yoga poses penetrate and work on toning and cleansing the organs. When practiced correctly, endurance and stability are maintained without strain on the brain or heart.

Intellectual and Spiritual Layer
Screen fatigue and strain is alleviated with yoga practice, as yoga works on relaxing the brain. The eyes and other organs of perception become refreshed. A focused practice makes us aware of how to experience inwardness making us ﬁt for pranayama, concentration and meditation.
