Cats Available for Immediate Adoption

Rancho Coastal Humane Society (RCHS), in Encinitas, has many cats in need of forever homes and available for immediate adoption at reduced fees. With a capacity for 45 cats, the shelter already had 43 when 25 new felines arrived through a partnership with Friends of County Animal Shelters (FOCAS).

Fall Animal Camp begins on October 17 and RCHS needs to find good homes for the cats and kittens as soon as possible, so it has lowered cat adoptions fees to enable cat lovers from all areas to find the perfect feline for their family. All kittens and cats are healthy, altered, microchipped and vaccinated.

“RCHS is a temporary stopover for these cats and kittens, and there may be more arriving any day,” explains RCHS spokesman John Van Zante. “Think about it. If one of these is your new cat, it should be sleeping in its new home tonight, not crowded into our Education building. If you are thinking about getting a cat, please visit RCHS today!”
