Jennifer Frierott with HIPMamaYoga is excited to offer a Prenatal Teacher Training class being held May 9-11 at Jade Dragon Yoga Shala in San Diego.

The class is being held in order to empower women to have positive birthing experiences. Class attendees will learn new skills to improve the lives of women and their families. “No yoga experience is necessary,” assures Frierott. “You can enhance your professional skills and help more women.”

Jennifer Frierott has taught and practiced prenatal yoga since 2006. She used the skills she will be teaching in class to birth naturally three times. With the intention to improve the community through education, Frierott is eager to share the information she has cultivated professionally and personally.
