Gentle Manual Therapy in Solana Beach

Deborah Ortiz, CMT, founder of Inherent Wellness in Solana Beach, practices CranioSacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation, two forms of gentle manual therapy. “More people than you know suffer from an imbalance in their body whether back and neck pain, migraine headaches, TMJ, constipation, GERD, arthritis, and chronic fatigue, among other ailments. It may start out subtle, but it takes a toll on their quality of life,” she says.

Ortiz’s work is restorative and encourages the movement and health of the whole body. “This type of work is so organic because it reaches inside and gets things moving. The communication between muscles, bones, organs and nerves is enhanced and the body begins to move with less restriction. Cycles of pain and exhaustion are broken, and people feel better.” she says.

Inherent Wellness is offering free 15-minute consultations during the month of July. If you are not familiar with this type of work and how it might help you, Ortiz encourages you to contact her.

Inherent Wellness is located at 243 N. Hwy. 101, Ste. 13, in Solana Beach. For more information, call 619-218-2333 or visit
