Omegas for a Healthy Immune System

We’ve all heard how good omegas 3, 6 and 9 are for our health and wellness. Omega fatty acids are important for all systems of the body to function normally including the respiratory system, circulatory system, and all our organs. Omegas are also good for keeping the immune system healthy.

Omega-6 fatty acids combined with omega-3 fatty acid produces many of the health benefits that omegas are known for, but the trickiest part about consuming fatty acids is making sure the ratio is right. You should be eating about twice as much omega-6 as omega-3, so that your omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is 2-to-1.

Omegas are also beneficial for keeping skin healthy. While there are many amazing facial treatments available to help care for your skin, healing always starts from the inside out. Be sure that omegas are part of your at-home skincare regimen to help bring out the best version of you.
