Knowing that it is human nature to listen to our minds which may say that you need and want other things in your day more than sitting still, I, along with Deb Sanborn, will be offering you support and education to begin your practice new and fresh.
The Sitting Challenge will start on Thursday, July 2nd and end on July 31st. You can be involved in these ways: 1. Commit to sit for at least 20 minutes every day using or not using guidance; sitting or lying down. 2. Do not join the Challenge but support someone making the commitment. 3. Commit to sit every day and support someone else as well. We will devote 1 hour and a half just this sangha as we launch. Join us on Thursday at 7:00 pm if you are interested, if you are curious, or if you are not sure.
