12-week Sistership Circle

Local empowerment coach Caroline Andrews is excited to announce that the next 12-week Sistership Circle begins January 8. She will host an introductory night on December 14 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for those interested in sampling the circle before they join. “Have you been looking for a place that provides safety to create, love, dance, laugh, cry or just be? A place where your authentic self is always celebrated? A place you can open up to share desires, thoughts and feelings?” she asks. “Then join me for this fun experience to build sisterhood, meditate, laugh and connect.”

According to Andrews, those who participate in sistership circle sharing, activities and meditations will leave feeling grounded, connected, rejuvenated, loved and present. “We are rising, Sisters,” she explains. “It’s our time to rise into visibility, express our voice and contribute our gifts to shape the future of our world.”

Caroline Andrews has dedicated over 15 years to studying spirituality, relationships, yoga and personal development and has found the keys to pleasure, health and relationships for women—especially those over 40. She spends her life teaching, instructing and coaching women to take full ownership of their lives, create amazing relationships with themselves and others, and use pleasure to power all aspects of who they are and what they want with her signature programs.

“The great secret about feminine power that I’ve discovered is that it’s not something we can unlock by ourselves.  To create a world where women can rise, we need to create a culture between women that celebrates and amplifies each other’s power. We need to be mirrored, supported, challenged and championed by each other to come to unleash our brilliance,” explains Andrews. “Are you with me?”
